Travel to customer sites to deliver onsite clinical implementation support, go-live activities, and customer program upgrades for new low to moderately complex customer programs and existing customer upgrades.
Deliver instructor-led education and hands-on product training to clinical staff, super users, and hospital leadership.
Provide onsite coaching, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance to promote confidence and successful adoption of AvaSure solutions.
Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to address implementation needs, resolve barriers, and support successful program adoption.
Document implementation activities, clinical observations, and maintain internal records (e.g., hospital data, reports, outcomes).
Maintain current knowledge of AvaSure solutions.
Ensure compliance with credentialing and administrative requirements.

Associate's degree is required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Active RN license is required
4+ years of hands on clinical experience in a hospital setting is required
1 year of clinical implementation experience preferred
Experience in healthcare leadership, policy development, process improvement, workflow design, and quality improvement preferred
Experience in onboarding and mentoring new hospital staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Maintains credentials necessary for onsite visits
