Responsible for leading all inventory control functions within a large-scale distribution operation
Ensuring inventory accuracy, operational compliance, and effective warehouse execution
Overseeing cycle count programs, inventory audits, discrepancy investigations, and performance metrics
Partnering closely with Operations to minimize errors, improve processes, and support customer service objectives
Leading and developing an inventory team
Driving root-cause analysis of recurring inventory issues
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen inventory integrity and warehouse productivity
Ensuring inventory accuracy, process discipline, and execution excellence across all warehouse functions

H.S. diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
Three (3) years or more manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience required
Two (2) years or more supervisory experience required
Three (3) years or more PC Inventory and accounting skills required
Three (3) years or more problem solving skills experience, use of formal Root Cause Countermeasure Systems preferred
Intermediate computer skills required
Exposure to Lean principles, systems and tools preferred
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required
Knowledge of OSHA required
DOT and Hazmat knowledge may be required based on the account preferred
APICS certified preferred
