Role Overview
- Elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Conduct technical analysis, develop and maintain documentation, and facilitate workshops
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Support end-to-end project activities and provide expertise in payments industry trends
- Develop and manage change controls to ensure proper documentation and approval of changes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the payments industry
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in developing and managing change controls
