Role Overview
Elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Conduct technical analysis, develop and maintain documentation, and facilitate workshops
Ensure compliance with industry standards
Support end-to-end project activities and provide expertise in payments industry trends
Develop and manage change controls to ensure proper documentation and approval of changes
Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the payments industry
Strong understanding of payment processing systems and compliance requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
Strong documentation and technical writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in developing and managing change controls
