About this role

Support commercial and residential sales teams by delivering technical product solutions
Coordinate across internal teams and strengthen product specifications
Develop and implement testing plans with internal and external teams
Advise customers on flooring specifications, building code considerations, and building acoustics
Lead customer calls and manage follow-up actions
Create and present technical documentation, training materials, and product presentations
Contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions for customer outcomes
Support internal business partners as needed

Bachelor’s degree or at least 7 years of experience in flooring installation project management
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and explain complex concepts to end users and customers
Ability to travel approximately 10–15% (local and across the U.S.)
Green Belt trained (required within the first 12 months of employment) is preferred
1–2 years of experience in a technical, sales support, or customer service role is preferred
Exposure to flooring installation or technical coordination is preferred
