Translate brand strategy and insights into creative narratives.
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, communication objectives and campaign strategy.
Present ideas internally and to clients when required.
Manage and mentor copywriters.
Provide direction, feedback and quality control on all copy outputs.
Develop the team's creative capabilities and writing standards.
Review and approve copy before client submission.
Ensure accuracy, consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Work with internal teams to develop campaign ideas.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic thinking.
Present concepts and creative rationale to clients.

From 5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in advertising or creative agencies.
At least 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring a team.
Good understanding of social media, digital content, and integrated marketing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns, social content and digital work or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Leadership abilities with experience in mentoring, managing creative conflicts, and inspiring the team.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, able to adapt tone and style based on audience and brand.
