You will lead day-to-day processes that will assist in getting a wide range of creative initiatives off the ground through completion.
You will work directly with the Brand lead on client business, and alongside each of the discipline leads.
You will assess project feasibility, curating the right resources for the project, project planning, and interfacing directly with clients.
This role requires a strong mix of creative thinking, social, digital & video understanding, time management, organizational skills, and most importantly an ability to keep projects on track, on budget and at the highest level of creative excellence.

Connect across internal disciplines (strategy to production).
Lead creative feedback communications with clients and internal teams.
Clearly communicate project details for both internal & external teams.
Track and triage deliverables, budgets, and project overlap, adjusting schedules and alerting teams as needed.
Lead, source & produce video concepts from Writers Room & Always On ideation.
Develop scope components including timing, resources, and costs.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in integrated production, or similar field
Experience structuring and managing integrated, multi-track projects and programs for multiple clients
Experience leading the development and tracking of integrated project plans
Experience in the project management of creative assets, including both static and video assets
Photo and video shoot experience, including shot list development, working with third party vendors and familiarity with usage terms
Experience assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects & clients
Experience partnering with other project discipline leads to lead project teams to successful outcomes
Experience building and structuring project teams that garner the best results
Experience interfacing with clients, ensuring their satisfaction
Experience documenting and reporting project progress in a correct and timely manner, including preparing status reports, meeting notes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
