About this role

Design and deliver high-quality coaching, consulting, and professional learning experiences for K–12 educators
Emphasize Cognitive Coaching, systems-level improvement, and development of student-centered learning environments
Collaborate with the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in Arkansas
Support learning, innovation, and continuous improvement at school and district levels
Focus on sustainability and capacity building through structured data use, strategic planning, and targeted support for schools

Ph.D. in education or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
Certified Cognitive Coaching Trainer
Experience facilitating professional learning for educators
At least three years of K–12 teaching or leadership experience
Experience with standards-based grading, competency-based learning, and personalized learning
Valid teaching or administrative license
