Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

• Lead the design of complex, high-impact product initiatives across Web, iOS and Android, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Set a high bar for craft, visual quality, and usability, delivering polished experiences that demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
• Champion scalable design solutions through effective use of design systems, component libraries, and platform conventions.
• Identify opportunities to improve product consistency and quality across journeys, features, and touchpoints.
• Provide constructive design critique and guidance that elevates the quality of work across the wider team.
• Integrate AI into the end-to-end design process, accelerating discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Act as a role model for AI-enabled design practices, helping establish standards, workflows, and best practices within the team.
• Explore emerging AI capabilities to improve both player experiences and internal product development processes.
• Lead research activities to uncover customer needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain points using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Partner closely with UX researchers, analysts, and product teams to shape research plans and define learning objectives.
• Synthesize insights from usability testing, interviews, analytics, experimentation, and market research into actionable product opportunities.
• Validate solutions through testing and experimentation, ensuring decisions are grounded in customer evidence.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of player behavior, motivations, and responsible gaming considerations within Casino products.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, influencing product strategy and helping teams make informed decisions.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, discovery sessions, and strategic discussions to move initiatives forward.
• Mentor and coach Product Designers, providing guidance on craft, process, stakeholder management, and career development.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early, proactively shaping solutions and delivery approaches.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and shipping digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex end-to-end experiences and measurable customer or business impact.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows, with experience creating high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design solutions across Web and native mobile platforms.
• Extensive experience designing for both iOS and responsive web experiences, with a strong understanding of platform conventions, accessibility standards, and cross-platform design considerations.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with deep expertise in information architecture, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and crafting polished customer experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects with significant scope, complexity, and ambiguity, driving alignment across stakeholders and influencing product direction through design.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and responsible gaming considerations when making design decisions.
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative research, experimentation, analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and measure success.
• Proven ability to communicate design rationale and strategic recommendations through compelling storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management at multiple levels of the organization.
• A track record of mentoring designers, contributing to design culture, and helping raise the quality of work across teams through feedback, coaching, and collaboration.
• Experience using AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery, while helping shape best practices for AI-enabled design workflows.
• Passion for creating industry-leading gaming experiences, with strong attention to detail, curiosity about customer behavior, and a continuous drive to improve products and ways of working.
• Advanced level of English skills.
