coordinate content refreshes and seasonal campaign implementations
support landing page creation and website content localization
implement on-page SEO best practices across regional websites
monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility
ensure SEO requirements are incorporated into content development and website updates
support the rollout of new webpage templates, functionalities, content modules, and localized pages
gather business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation tasks
coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
track progress, resolve issues, and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders
test new website features and implementations before launch
support governance processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the region
cooperate closely with local marketing teams, CXU colleagues, developers, and global stakeholders
provide recommendations for improving user experience and website effectiveness
support reporting on website performance and content effectiveness
contribute to regional digital projects and customer journey initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
3–5 years of experience within website content management, digital marketing, or web operations
strong hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Sitecore
good understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices
experience creating, publishing, and maintaining website content
experience coordinating digital projects involving multiple stakeholders
strong organizational and project coordination skills
excellent attention to detail and strong quality focus
excellent communication and collaboration skills
comfortable managing multiple priorities across several markets simultaneously
communicate fluently in English
