Serve as a strategic business partner for Europe & New Markets Commercial and Medical Affairs Field Leadership teams
Build and manage the vision and roadmap of Field Insights solution across regions
Engage and partner with local stakeholders to build and execute on the plan
Collaborate with Regional Leadership team members and Analytics functions
Oversee Reporting operations and ensure highest standards of data quality for business insights
Lead resource allocation and prioritization
Monitor ongoing utilization of Field Tools and solicit feedback

Bachelors in Science/Engineering/Information Management or related field
10+ years of relevant Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
Strong data knowledge with pharmaceutical business knowledge and technical aptitude to define and advance commercial solutions
Excellent written / verbal communication skills and presentation and project management skills
Ability to coordinate needs assessments across the commercial organization
