Pillars of the Corporate Health Program: Physical Health and Well-being (Prevention and Ongoing Care), Mental and Psychosocial Health, Financial Health.
Requirements
Desired education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Nursing, Human Resources Management, Public Health or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Corporate Health or related areas will be considered a plus.
Desired knowledge: Solid experience in corporate health, benefits and wellness programs.
Experience with health insurers, prevention programs or population health management.
Experience in managing indicators and data analysis.
Analytical, organized profile with strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Clear communication, active listening and a human-centered approach.
