BS degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline
5-10 years of product development & technical engineering experience
Expert knowledge on CVD coating and semiconductor deposition processes
Specific know-how on SiC coated graphite products & their applications in Semiconductor markets
Strong track record on effective & successful project management
Experience in an international and technological environment
Expert in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Expert in formulas, macros, VBA coding and data analysis is preferred
Ability to apply statistical methodology to solve problems and establish process capability
Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking
Familiarity with materials characterization and property testing tools and techniques
