Lead and coordinate end-to-end Service Administration activities, ensuring efficient service delivery and revenue assurance across all operational areas.
Supervise and support the Service & Warranty Admin Supervisor and administration teams, driving accountability, performance, and workload alignment.
Drive process standardisation, workflow optimisation, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Manage WIP, invoicing, and revenue assurance, ensuring timely billing, control of ageing, and minimisation of revenue leakage.
Oversee customer interactions and reporting, ensuring timely resolution of queries/escalations and delivery of accurate performance insights to support decision-making.
Requirements
Preferred Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in service administration, customer support, or administrative operations
Desirable Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within customer support
Experience managing teams with diverse responsibilities, including administrative and front-line staff
Experience in construction, mining or heavy equipment industry is advantageous
