Role Overview

If so, this opportunity is a great fit. We are looking for a collaborative professional to support Cooperatives and members in corporate payments and receivables. Responsibilities include:
- Provide specialized technical support for payments and receivables (B2B/PJ).
- Maintain and update documentation and records.
- Monitor and report on OKRs.
- Propose product and service improvements based on user feedback.
- Identify business risks and escalate as needed.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to revenue generation.
- Guide users on processes and available services.
- Manage incoming requests and ensure resolution within established SLAs.
- Continuously pursue improvements in service quality and product experience.
