Responsible for the overachievement of the KPI’s on specific routes in specific parishes
Responsible for the POS Expansion within assigned route and overachievement of sales targets across all channels within assigned route
Identifying and prospecting new POS based on guidelines provided by PSM
Interacting with new POS based on sales script provided by PSM
Collecting and reviewing for accuracy, documents submitted by prospect and submitting complete set of required documents to POM for processing
Providing sales support for all new POS on boarded
Providing customer support for all new POS on boarded
Being the main point of contact and liaison between the Office and POS to resolve all issues that may arise
Implement resolution of customer issues within timely manner via collaboration with internal stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring new POS adhere to Digicel branding guidelines for Grey market stores
Responsible for selling Digicel products across all channels within assigned route, which include but not limited to: Offices, Dealers (In-store and Out-of-Store), Grey Market, Special Promotions, Schools, Universities, High Traffic Areas and Rural Areas
Responsible for achieving all assigned targets
Requirements
Associate Degree or equivalent certification with 2+ Years in a distribution role
