Support our Americas accounting function within a dynamic global finance organization
Play a key part in the monthly close process, equity accounting, and maintaining a strong internal control environment
Prepare, review, and post journal entries across various accounting areas
Perform and review account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution
Support a fast-paced close process, including variance analysis and presentation of financial results
Maintain ownership of assigned areas of the general ledger, ensuring accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Own the end-to-end equity accounting process
Prepare and review stock-based compensation accounting, entries, and supporting schedules
Perform technical accounting research and support preparation of accounting memos
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes
Maintain and enhance documentation of accounting processes and procedures
Serve as both a control owner and reviewer for key SOX controls
Support internal and external audit requests
Provide functional oversight, guidance, and review support to staff accountants
Partner with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and other business functions

4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Background in public accounting with exposure to publicly traded companies
Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles
CPA certification preferred
Experience with equity accounting and stock-based compensation preferred
Experience performing technical accounting research and drafting memos preferred
Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and collaborative approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in process improvement, cost control, and scalable systems
Ability to drive efficiency, accuracy, and timely reporting
High ethical standards and sound judgment.
