Contribute creative ideas to take our social media ads to the next level
Analyze the performance of our videos and work closely with our performance marketing team to achieve optimal results
Bring our videos to life with professional overlays and engaging animations, including call-to-actions and end cards
Research current trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements
Passion for video editing and marketing
Experience editing videos for social ads (optional: a degree or comparable training in media design, marketing, or similar) — skills are more important to us than your degree
Agency experience, preferably in e-commerce
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro
Experience with After Effects is a plus
Strong eye for detail and aesthetics in visuals, sound, and music selection
Ability to combine creative cutting/editing with direct-response marketing
Self-driven, structured, and conscientious work style
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
