Overall electrical responsibility for BESS projects
Primary point of contact for all electrical matters in the project
Translate complex technical requirements into clear project structures, decisions and actions
Coordinate between internal departments, external partners, engineering offices and suppliers
Review and approve technical designs and documentation (schematics, layouts, calculations, protection concepts)
Coordinate electrical installers, specialist trades and plant constructors
Ensure technical quality during implementation

Technical degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Power/Energy Engineering
Several years of experience (5+ years) implementing electrical projects in the energy sector
Strong understanding of high-voltage systems, grid connections and battery energy storage systems
Ability to technically manage and coordinate external engineering firms, suppliers or EPC contractors
Independent assessment and approval of technical documentation
Regular presence in Munich for coordination meetings and project work
Fluent German and very good English
