Recruit, develop, and lead a team of data analysts and engineers, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.
Oversee the development of data infrastructure, including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and ETL/ELT processes.
Implement processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, security, and easy accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with various departments (marketing, product, operations) to provide them with necessary analytical insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Educate and inspire employees across the organization to use data in their daily work by organizing training and sharing success stories.
Redesign reports to improve accuracy, usability, and strategic value.
Enable data-driven decisions to reduce costs and improve operations.

5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.
2+ years of experience leading a team of data specialists.
The ability to build, motivate, and develop a team of high-performing data specialists.
Proven success working with large-scale datasets, preferably in the e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sector.
Practical experience in creating and implementing data strategies that have had a direct positive impact on business results.
Experience working with various stakeholders (management, marketing, sales, product development) and translating their needs into technical tasks for the data team.
Deep knowledge and practical experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Excellent SQL skills are mandatory. Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling is a significant advantage.
Experience with data-related services on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
Understanding of the data structures and APIs of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
