Responsible for demanding client projects in the field of digital production planning
Independently contribute to the implementation of client projects in Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS)
Capture, analyze and structure client requirements in the context of production planning and supply chain planning
Develop and align solution concepts together with clients, consulting and development teams
Actively manage client communication and moderate workshops and coordination meetings within your area of responsibility
Test, commission and provide go-live support including end-user training
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Support the further development of methods, processes and solutions within the Professional Services environment

Several years of experience implementing customer projects for software rollouts, ideally in production, logistics, supply chain or related areas
Experience with APS systems, comparable planning software or other production-oriented industrial software is desirable
Strong understanding of production and logistics processes
Experience collaborating with development teams and implementing technical solutions
Structured way of working, self-responsibility and a confident presence in client-facing situations
Flexibility and openness to new technologies and ways of working, especially regarding the use of AI-supported tools
Very good communication skills as well as moderation and coordination competence
German (C1+) and English (at least B2) and willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
Basic knowledge of a programming or configuration language, e.g. Python, JavaScript or similar
Database knowledge
Experience with SAP ERP or other ERP systems
