Role Overview
- Responsible for leading and overseeing Agency Trade Managers’ geo-trades
- Drive and oversee trade lifting performance to meet or exceed budgeted targets
- Ensure mother vessel allocations are optimized for all respective trades
- Assist Chief Commercial Officer in developing regional trade strategies
- Oversee trade reporting and strategic trade planning
- Provide structured pricing support and ensure commercial alignment with sales teams
- Develop and strengthen the trade management team through structured training
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years working experience in shipping/forwarding industry
- At least 5 years at management level
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- English fluency
- Strong in reporting and analysis
- Excellent presentation skills
- Awareness of worldwide economy and freight market
- Knowledge of shipping/forwarding industry
