About this role
Role Overview
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone.
Manage daily intake processes, including running new business scrubs and executing strict data validation.
Handle precise file operations including retrieval, scanning, printing, and importing/exporting critical data.
Support front-line collection staff by handling settlement offers and relaying account instructions.
Prepare routine deliverables like status updates and audit reports. Maintain strict adherence to FDCPA and industry regulations.
Assist the Client Services Manager with ad-hoc internal projects, support onboarding of new clients, and assist with basic skip-tracing activities.
Requirements
1–3 years of administrative or client/customer service experience.
Experience in collections, fintech, or financial services is highly beneficial but not required.
Strong organizational habits, excellent verbal/written communication, and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets). Familiarity with CRM tools is a major plus.
