Help redesign sales pipeline processes using AI tools to reduce manual work and improve forecast accuracy
Build and refine smart apps/dashboards that turn CRM and funnel data into actionable reporting insights
Support sales territory coverage analysis and mapping as part of next year's GTM planning
Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leadership to translate GTM strategy into operational workflows
Identify and pilot AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, ) to automate recurring RevOps tasks
Document new processes and contribute to RevOps playbooks for the broader team

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field)
Based in or able to commute to Burlington for hybrid on-site days
Strong interest in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or sales/marketing analytics
Hands-on experience or strong curiosity about AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for process automation and reporting
Comfortable with Excel and Power BI; Snowflake or basic scripting (Python) a plus
Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce) and sales territory/coverage concepts is a plus
Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and clear written communication

Direct ownership of AI-driven pipeline and reporting projects feeding into next year's GTM strategy
Mentorship from the RevOps team and exposure to real sales territory planning
Hands-on experience applying AI tools to live business problems, not hypotheticals
Potential path to a full-time offer for strong performers
