Develop design concepts by interpreting project briefs, conducting research, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders and the team
Execute design projects from concept to final production, meeting agreed timelines and requirements.
Create production-ready design assets for branding and marketing initiatives across all required platforms and formats
Capture and produce photo and video content, and edit videos, animations, and other multimedia to support marketing, branding, and organizational initiatives.
Apply and maintain branding guidelines across all deliverables, ensuring outputs meet brand and production standards.
Revise artwork based on stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, and align with senior designers and the department head on timelines, brand consistency, and output quality.
Organize and maintain design assets, templates, working files, and production files for team-wide and organizational use
Support broader marketing initiatives within the marketing team's scope, as assigned by the design lead or department head
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a similar creative role.
