Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the DSL-01 office, including the management of facilities, workplace resources, office supplies, equipment, and general office services.
Manage visitor registration, meeting logistics, and hospitality arrangements to provide a professional and welcoming experience for employees, guests, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative and organizational support to employees and management, including scheduling, documentation, office communications, and coordination of workplace-related processes.
Support new hires by coordinating workspace setup, equipment, office access, and other onboarding requirements, while fostering a positive, productive, and well-organized office environment.
Maintain workplace health, safety, and office standards through regular inspections and monitoring, while coordinating with cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch and English
Residing in or near Delfzijl
Experience in office coordination
Office management
Facilities management, administration, or a similar support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other workplace productivity tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable working independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
