Requirements
UK qualified solicitor with c.3+ years’ PQE, gained in a leading private practice firm and/or in-house environment. We are open to considering candidates with a wider range of experience where their skills and career aspirations align with the scope of the role.
Strong commercial legal experience, including drafting and negotiating supply and consumer contracts (across goods, services and digital/technology products)
Good working knowledge of intellectual property, data protection and wider consumer and commercial compliance matters
Awareness or experience of AI and data governance considerations in a business context
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial acumen
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels across a complex organisation
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using AI tools to support legal delivery
Exposure to media, technology or TMT sectors would be advantageous but is not essential
