act as the primary point of contact for video, photography, and motion design projects
work closely with design leads, art directors and copywriters to proactively clarify requirements and use cases
anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution
create strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership teams
communicate project status with stakeholders regularly
put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects
create contracts, statements of work and purchase orders for production partners in adherence to company spending & transaction policy

5+ years of experience as a producer with experience in video/motion, print, social, and advertising
2+ years of experience leading project delivery for large cross-functional projects
an online portfolio of work and the ability to demonstrate solution-creation across a range of production-related issues
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
able to identify and mitigate risk on projects
background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, writers, and marketing managers
excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
excellent understanding of design, video, photo and motion work
