Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery for all Accounts Receivable transactions
Responsible for day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations including issue identification and evaluation
Independently process receipts, electronic bank statements and cash allocation
Contribute to processing of receipts, direct debit runs
Customer account maintenance and periodic closing
Replying to customer queries while maintaining a high level of customer service
Prepare various AR reports for stakeholders and customers
Providing support to audit queries and ad-hoc requests
Support and mentor junior team members to achieve performance and quality standards
Maintain cooperative and professional relationship with stakeholders
Drive and contribute to implementation of initiatives for improving efficiency and/or effectiveness of Accounts Receivable processes

3 years of proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements
experience in a Shared Service Centre or similar environment is an advantage
experience in Accounts Receivable processes in a complex and international business environment
proficiency in English, written and spoken
high level of proficiency in Excel
self-disciplined with ability to work independently and in dynamic environment
problem-solving attitude, analytical skills with attention to details
a University/College degree or relevant certification in Accounting
