Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with a full range of diagnoses seen within community mental health settings.
Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
Individual Therapist – Primary responsibility is providing outpatient individual therapy.
Case Manager/Therapist – Primary responsibility is case management with a small caseload of therapy clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT ).
Active LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license in Oregon required
Availability ( 40 hours per week) during PST
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred (experience using eClinicalWorks a plus!)
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
