Integrate GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) considerations: optimizing for answer engines and generative AI (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity…).
Own ROI-driven performance tracking: connect SEO/GEO actions to concrete business outcomes (qualified traffic, conversions, revenue, pipeline), set up KPIs and attribution, and report on return on investment per market.
Build clear, decision-oriented reporting via Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio and rank-tracking tools, dashboards that tie effort to value, not vanity metrics.
Coordinate stakeholders: copywriters, translators, developers and local market leads.
Requirements
Proven SEO experience (ideally 3+ years), with strong multilingual / multi-market sensitivity.
Fluent in Dutch and German; a fine-grained understanding of local search behavior is a decisive advantage.
Solid technical SEO and structured data skills.
Familiarity with GEO / generative search developments.
A results-oriented, ROI-first mindset: comfortable defining KPIs, measuring impact, and arbitrating priorities based on expected return.
