Role Overview
Support small business owners, bookkeepers, and accountants through proactive outreach and inquiries
Use accounting fundamentals to provide useful solutions
Help customers understand Xero's business potential
Collaborate effectively across teams to resolve customer queries via multiple channels
Requirements
An accounting or bookkeeping qualification that is level 5 or above, or you’re working towards one, is essential for this role.
Clear and confident communication skills across various mediums (phone, email, chat)
Natural problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution
Comfortable with making outbound calls
Ability to build trust with customers and handle queries in a service environment
Benefits
