Role Overview

Requirements
Experience from a service environment with service levels and quality targets

Confidence to make proactive outbound calls and self-manage daily tasks
Growth mindset and readiness to learn consistently
Committed team player who builds relationships through trust
Proficiency with IT tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite; accounting systems or case management tools experience is a bonus
