Role Overview
- Implement the sales strategy in your area.
- Ensure that the sales objectives defined for your area are achieved.
- Analyze your territory and its market and identify development opportunities.
- Organize your sales activities independently (prospecting, demos, negotiations, visits, etc.).
- Meet physically/ virtually with your strategic clients on a regular basis.
- Maintain excellent relations with existing customers.
- Responsible for the proper management of our CRM.
- Collaborate effectively with your team and other departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience
- 3 years in a field sales-related role
- Ideally, experience selling SaaS and transportation solutions
- Dutch language proficiency at the C2 level
- English language proficiency at the C1 level
- Ability to create your own pipeline and to prospect
- Expert in commercial negotiation
- 100% result-oriented
- Autonomy, positivity, and energy
- Strong team spirit
- Analytical and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with virtual sales and digital tools (Teams, Salesforce...)
