Ensure organizational learning informs strategy and development.
Oversee grant-making quality and enforce regional standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role related to strategic funding or organizational development.
Strong understanding of the regional ecosystem of funders and grantees.
Proven track record in proposal development and managing complex grant relationships.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to synthesize insights and inform organizational strategy.
