Oversee and manage all financial aspects of a portfolio of projects, from initial bid submission to project closure
Track all project invoicing, costs & cashflow vs budget, and report on variances
Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain the project Estimate at Completion, margin, & project risks & opportunities
Application of revenue recognition methodology in accordance with IFRS15
Prepare and maintain accurate monthly project accounts for a portfolio of O&M & Delivery projects across the group within set deadlines
Ensure adherence to appropriate accounting standards (IFRS15: Revenue from Contracts with Customers)
Prepare project budgets/forecasts when required
Deliver timely and accurate monthly reconciliation of WIP and POA to the ERP system
Manage all KPI reporting for Programme Leads ensuring that this is delivered on a regular basis in line with reporting schedules
