Manage a portfolio of European and Extra-European suppliers through different supply models
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules and supplier performance
Ensure material availability to support production plans and quality-related issues
Manage urgent transportation activities to guarantee production continuity in critical situations
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality and Purchasing departments
Develop and share long-term forecasts with suppliers
Manage logistics master data and system parameters
Support operational and administrative activities related to material receiving, spare parts requests and customs clearance
Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, inventory management and supplier collaboration

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Previous experience in Material Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement within a manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of material planning processes, supplier management and inventory control
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing supply continuity in complex and dynamic environments
Proactive and highly organized
Ability to effectively manage priorities while working cross-functionally with Purchasing, Quality and Engineering teams
Knowledge of planning and ERP systems such as Infor LN and AS400
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate
Fluency in English is required
