Having a F.A.I.T.H (Faithful, Available, Intention, Teachable, Heartfelt) approach.
Leading XPLORE trainings, and 10-week disciple making trainings.
Provide mobilization training at the Spain mobilization hub.
Develop mobilization teams within the local church with an emphasis of casting vision, developing goers and helping them launch to the unreached.
Modeling evangelism, mobilization, discipleship and church planting tools using the MAWL (Model, Assist, Watch, Launch) approach.
Networking and Church Development.
Building trusted relationships with key national leaders in Spain, both personally and professionally, to establish foundations for future ministry partnerships.
Taking initiative to have strategic conversations with international leaders and collaborating with ministries to create opportunities for mobilizing Spanish speakers to the unreached people groups.
Being involved in Coalicion21: Clearly understanding and implementing the process to filter, partner, and integrate churches in the mobilization pipeline.
Coaching and caring for Spanish national leaders (Pastors and lay mobilizers) in goal setting, strategy, sending process, and mobilization tools.
Train national believers in disciple making and church planting methods.
Develop national leaders in character, vision, and leadership.
Spiritual and Personal Development.
Creating and executing a personal development plan annually with the assistance of your supervisor.
Actively learning a variety of tools and best practices to inform team strategy and approach.
Language and Culture.
Being an active learner of the Spanish speaking culture.
Using language that is culturally appropriate for the Spanish speaking context.
Contextualize communication with pastors according to the churches’ terminology.
Team.
Having a collaborative spirit when working and strategizing with teammates (Contribute ideas, questions, and biblical insights to team).
Being self sacrificial to serve team members and international partners.
Integrating lay mobilizers as part of teaming.
Participating in regular team meetings and facilitating when delegated by team leader.
Communication.
Communicating in a respectful, confident, and teachable posture to teammates and team leader.
Effectively following up with collaborative partners working towards Spanish speaking mobilization (churches, leaders, ministries, lay mobilizers).
Communicating with team leader about updates with churches, networking, and projects/trainings.
Ministry Partners / Support Raising.
Building and maintaining a team of advocates and churches who are ministry partners that pray for and financially support your work.
Sending monthly email/text updates and praying frequently for ministry partners.
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Fluent in Spanish.
Has gone through (or will go through) the process pipeline explore, 10 week training, 9 month training, Mob bootcamp.
Cross cultural ministry experience (Stateside and/or global).
Maintain personal support.
Some domestic travel within Spain along with some international travel to support international mobilization.
Participation in monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).
Understand, affirm and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.
