Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.
Play a key role in modernizing agency operations by delivering secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and support economic development initiatives.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to implement applications supporting grants management, project management, customer engagement, licensing, workflow automation, reporting, and other agency business functions.
Provide functional configuration expertise, custom software development skills, systems integration experience, and knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Five (5) years of professional experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Three (3) years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.
Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
Experience integrating enterprise systems using web services and REST APIs.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred).
Microsoft Azure certifications (preferred).
Experience with grants management, financial systems, licensing, permitting, or case management applications (preferred).
Experience working within state government or other public-sector organizations (preferred).
Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives (preferred).
Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices (preferred).
Experience with cloud-hosted Microsoft environments (preferred).
