Synthesise insights from user research, product analytics, and competitive intelligence into a prioritised hypothesis backlog
Lead GTM for new products with no established playbook
Own messaging across GTM campaigns
Develop a channel strategy for new products backed by evidence (product-channel fit)
Build growth models, test them fast, and measure results
Run cross-sell experiments into the existing customer base
Design and execute experiments across paid, organic, community, and product channels, hands-on and with support
Work cross-functionally with product, data, and marketing to move experiments from hypothesis to live

5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, or a hybrid of both, with experience in developer tools
Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and core product marketing: research, messaging, ICP, GTM, and CRO
Experience in acquiring net new developer audiences
Self-serve or PLG experience: activation funnels, conversion optimisation, in-app messaging
Comfortable pulling insights from product analytics, user interviews, web analytics, and campaign data
Strong project management skills, comfortable moving cross-functional work forward
Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
Comes from a startup environment where you owned initiatives end-to-end
