The primary objective of the Videographer/Photographer at Superpath is to concept, capture, and produce high-quality video & photo content that drives engagement, strengthens brand storytelling, and converts viewers into qualified leads through modern digital marketing methods.
This role supports both Superpath’s clients and its internal marketing initiatives, making it a shared creative resource across the organization.
Responsible for shooting professional-grade video & photo; traveling for on-site productions; developing strategic, conversion-focused concepts; and editing assets for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, internal needs, and paid media campaigns.
Effectively manages the full production lifecycle—from sale, pre-production planning and scheduling to storyboarding through filming/capturing, editing, post-production, iterating, optimization, and delivery.
Collaborates with the Head of Creative, Strategy, and Client Success teams to ideate new video/photo concepts and identify opportunities to upsell clients into expanded video/photo packages that enhance client performance and revenue growth.
Utilizes own equipment on shoots but will be provided with company resources such as a laptop, tools, and rental support (as needed).
Requirements
5+ years of professional video, photo, production, and editing experience.
Owns their own library of professional equipment necessary for shoot execution.
Expertise in running professional video & photo equipment operations (cameras, lighting, audio gear, stabilizers, backdrops etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable editing software.
Intermediate proficiency in motion graphics/animation application and software tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and photoshop
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple high value projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and best practices for each.
Ability to produce both short-form and long-form video/photo content with a strong conversion and storytelling focus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently on shoots and adapt to changing environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality content.
Ability to think strategically about video’s role in marketing funnels, conversion paths, and audience engagement.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
Willingness to travel and coordinate travel as required for shoots.
