Role Overview

• Own and evolve the creative product across the client portfolio
• Set the creative standard and track trends
• Improve the performance of creative strategists
• Build production standards and workflows
• Align creator and talent processes with creative strategies
• Manage onboarding for new clients and ensure quick wins

Requirements

• 7+ years in performance creative, managing large client portfolios simultaneously
• Experience handling multiple clients (DTC) across various sectors
• Proven revenue-driving creative output
• Fluency in direct response creative
• Ability to diagnose creative performance and provide actionable feedback
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and editors
• Familiarity with platform dynamics on Meta and TikTok
