Role Overview
- Delivery of operational risk reviews from the assurance plan
- Assess control design and effectiveness for key operational risks identified
- Identify treatment strategies to reduce risk exposure where appropriate
- Prepare and present assurance reports with risk-based findings
- Monitor agreed action tracking and closure
- Support ongoing assurance improvement activities
Requirements
- Operational risk and assurance experience within the oil & gas, energy, or mining sectors
- Experience conducting audits or assurance reviews; Big 4 background advantageous
- Strong understanding of risk management, assurance and compliance principles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
