Registered Nurse, Health Informatics Specialist

Role Overview

• Collaborate in the design, implementation, and ongoing operational support of clinical technologies
• Develop, analyze, and maintain statistical and performance data
• Partner closely with clinical subject-matter experts, informatics colleagues, and IT teams
• Deliver integrated solutions that translate data into meaningful insights
• Optimize clinical systems design to meet organizational improvement objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related experience
• Requires Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensure in practicing state
• Must be proficient in the use of system office applications
• Must possess a basic understanding of integrated clinical systems
• Highly developed interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize needs rapidly
• Ability to convey messages and thoughts clearly
• Ability to promote change among large groups of workers
• Ability to coordinate information and activities
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with clinical care processes and information technology
