Support and contribute to cross-functional operational initiatives by independently managing assigned workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
Exercise judgment in prioritizing tasks, identifying risks, and escalating issues to ensure initiatives remain on track and aligned with organizational objectives.
Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, clinical leadership, IT, strategy, and project management to support initiative planning and execution.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders by providing updates, synthesizing feedback, and supporting alignment across markets and operational programs.
Assist in the development, analysis, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and program impact.
Support change management activities, including assisting with training strategies, process documentation, adoption support, and end-user enablement.
Provide consultative and hands-on operational support to markets as needed, including occasional on-site support to facilitate implementation and adoption.
Support enterprise-wide operational programs such as the Patient Outreach Program, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Net Promoter Score (NPS) / Patient Satisfaction Program, and other initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience supporting operations in a multi-site patient care, healthcare services, or similarly complex environment preferred.
Experience in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics (O&P) strongly preferred.
