Oversee a regional team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers
Lead, mentor, and support a team to ensure high performance
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
Guide the team through tactical problem-solving and operational challenges
Monitor team performance closely
Serve as an escalation point of contact for regional client accounts
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams
Act as a primary liaison between frontline account managers and broader internal teams

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED
4–6 years of relevant experience in sales or account management processes
1–2 years of direct management or team leadership experience highly preferred
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite / Google Workspace
Native-level fluency in English is required
Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred.
