Contribute to budget management, including financial control, forecasting, variance analysis, liaising with Finance and providing direct support in budgetary decisions.
Support the initiation, tracking and management of purchase requests — from the initial order through to completion of the process.
Assist with the renewal and administration of purchase contracts, ensuring deadlines, compliance and updates to terms and conditions.
Contribute to the management of reports and KPIs, performing follow-up with the areas involved to ensure process execution.
Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of financial and operational reports, providing consistent data to support management.
Actively participate in continuous process improvement, suggesting adjustments to administrative and operational routines.
Support management decision-making by providing clear, structured and organized information.
Provide guidance and support to the team, acting as a technical and operational point of reference. Support ADP control, ensuring compliance and updating information.
Assist in the analysis and approval of requests according to defined authorization limits.
Contribute to budget management, ensuring coordination with the Finance area for expense and investment control.
Contribute to the preparation of forecasts (budget projections) for monitoring and strategic alignment.
Support the facilitation of workshops with the Purchasing area, promoting integration and process improvement.
Assist with approvals of items in internal forums, ensuring correct budget allocation.
Experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.
