Collect, validate, and analyze institutional data related to enrollment, student outcomes, and faculty productivity
Support the preparation of reports for stakeholders
Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate institutional metrics
Conduct research on higher education trends and best practices
Maintain accurate institutional data and ensure compliance with reporting guidelines
Collaborate with departments to assess and improve data quality

Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in institutional research, data analysis, or related field
Strong analytical and statistical skills
Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel)
Familiarity with institutional research practices, accreditation processes, and data governance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to present complex data to various audiences
