About this role
Role Overview
Provide first-level technical support for the ServiceNow platform
Monitor ServiceNow queues and handle incoming incidents and service requests
Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate unresolved incidents
Process standard service requests within SLA timelines
Monitor system alerts and maintain communication with users
Create and update knowledge articles for recurring issues
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in technical support for ServiceNow
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform
Expertise in Incident Management, Service Request Management, and Knowledge Management modules
Good understanding of ITIL concepts
Strong troubleshooting skills in user access issues, portal navigation, and standard ServiceNow workflows
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialists (CIS) preferred
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
