About this role

Manages and leads a team of Communications Consultants (CCs)
Responsible for client consulting, design and execution of benefits communication and education efforts
Coaches high-level individual contributors on strategic consultation with clients
Builds positive relationships with internal business partners and influences others to provide support
Interacts with clients periodically to support CCs, help resolve issues, and compliance monitoring
Brings innovative ideas and leads broad-based initiatives
Recruits, leads, and develops a strong team
Reviews key performance indicator metrics and trends

Bachelor’s Degree – Required or equivalent with 12-15 years of experience
7+ years of management experience is required
Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services required
Series 7, 63 and 24 required or attained within 90 days of hire
Strong leadership, facilitation, influencing, decision-making and team building skills
Deep collaboration and partnership focus
Client servicing skills and experience, including escalation management
Change management experience
Ability to hire, manage, coach, and develop a diverse team across multiple geographical locations
Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, matrix management environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and advise senior leaders.
