Serve as U-A/A3 SME to advise, plan, train, improve, and sustain C-JADC2 capabilities
Deliver expert analysis on warfighting technologies and JADC2 capabilities
Offer technical recommendations on operations, maintenance, and configuration of Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems
Contribute to the development and management of the USAFE Theater IAMD Common Operating Picture (COP) and Multi-Tactical Data Link Network systems/architectures supporting joint, allied, and coalition operations
Support the USAFE Sensor Visibility project by integrating non-organic sensor data into emerging capabilities
Support mission engineering, prototype development, experimentation, and global wargaming
Advise Area Air Defense Commander (AADC) and components on joint/allied air, space, and missile defense operations
Assist with the Design C2 training scenarios and vignettes
Develop and maintain Theater IAMD Common Operating Picture and Multi-Tactical Datalink Network systems
Provide real-time support for contingency operations and integration of JADC2 systems into AOC architectures
Collaborate with U.S. Components and coalition partners to enhance JADC2 implementation and effectiveness
Provide key role between USAFE stakeholders including AOC, A6, A3, ACOMS and A5M
Identify and address gaps in Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, Policy (DOTMLPF-P)
Requirements
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
Strong C2 background with both operational and tactical level knowledge of Tactical Data Link planning/employment
Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs, preferably within USAFE or other Combatant Commands
Deep understanding of Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) concepts, architectures, and implementation
Knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) systems and Theater COP development
Familiarity with DoD planning processes, program funding, and management information systems
JICO/RICC/AJOC experience no more than five years old
Familiarization with the creation of exercise documents: Air Tasking Orders, SPINS, MSELs, coordination cards, etc
Previous experience working in an AOC with the Joint Interface Control Cell
Completion of one or more of the following courses: JT-201 (Multi-TDL Planner Course) JT-220 (Link Unit Managers Course)
